Your Fair Share
What is your Fair Share? A Fair Share is one hour's pay per month. It is calculated by dividing the gross amount on your semi-monthly pay stub by 86.5 (hours). The result is equal to one hour of pay per month.
Enter that amount, or more, on the Payroll Deduction form, authorizing the university to deduct the amount each semi-monthly pay period.
